ERDENER ÖZELGİN
Lawyer

After graduating from Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School in 1999, followed by the Law School of Istanbul University in 2003, Erdener Özelgin registered with Istanbul Bar since 2004.

He was in charge in reputable law offices of İstanbul and has been guiding his clients in the law firm he founded in 2013.

Özelgin has broad experience in arbitration, in which limited number of lawyers are competent.

Erdener Özelgin also has key expertise in Commercial Law, Insurance Law, Labor Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law. He has been involved in the preparation, writing and finalization of several contracts in multiple industries.

Özelgin speaks English and German fluently.

EZGİ TABAN
Lawyer

She graduated from MEF High School in 2005 followed by the Law School of Marmara University in 2009. She suceeded her master’s degree in “International Economic Law and Policy” from Universidad de Barcelona in the 2011-2012 academic year. She then worked at reputable law offices in Brussels and Istanbul and has been working at Özelgin Law since 2017.

Taban has an active experience in reporting to the Competition Board, conducting and managing mergers and acquisitions of national and international companies from different industries.

Thereunder, Ezgi Taban specializes in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Contract Law and Competition Law. She has been involved in the preparation, writing and finalization of several contracts in several industries.

Taban speaks English fluently.

ELİF EMİR
Lawyer

After graduating from TED Istanbul College in 2011 followed by the Law School of Kadir Has University in 2016, Elif Emir registered with Istanbul Bar in 2017.

Elif Emir started as an intern in 2016 and has been providing services in Commercial Law, Insurance Law, Labor Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Contract Law, Corporate Law at Özelgin Law since 2017.

Emir speaks English and German fluently.

GÖZDE TEMELKAYA
Lawyer

Having completed her secondary education in TED Karabük College, Gözde Temelkaya graduated from the Law School of Istanbul University in 2016. After completing her law internship at Demir Law Office, she registered with Istanbul Bar in 2018 and since then she has been working at Özelgin Law.

Temelkaya, who speaks English fluently has been providing legal counseling services mainly in Commercial Law, Labor Law, Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law and litigations.

HAZAN EZGİ EKŞİOĞLU
Lawyer

Hazan Ezgi Ekşioğlu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2021 and started working at Özelgin Law Office as an intern. In 2023, Hazan registered to the Istanbul Bar Association and continues to work at Özelgin Law Office as a lawyer.

Since her internship period, she has been actively advising local and foreign clients, especially in the areas of Contract Law, International Arbitration, Commercial Law and Corporate Law.

Hazan speaks English fluently.

MELİSNAZ BATIR 
Lawyer

Melisnaz Batır graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Law in 2020. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Private Law at Istanbul University. Melisnaz started as an intern in 2020 and has been providing services in Mergers and Acquisitions, Contracts Law, Corporate Law, Labor Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Law, Data Privacy, Intellectual Property and Technology Law at Ozelgin Law since 2022. Melisnaz speaks English fluently.

Legal Intern   

Berru Taş completed her high school education at TED Kayseri College in 2019 and graduated from Yeditepe University, Faculty of Law in 2024.  She has been working as a Legal Intern at Özelgin Law Office. Berru is fluent in English.
